Intake Follow-up Meeting

Service Description

At this meeting Celeste will deliver her feedback on the client's intake paperwork and intake meeting. The client will be educated about the interconnectedness in the situation and will learn what options are available to move forward in designing an individualized program to move him or her towards meeting the desired health goals.
